We’re producing 4 kinds of colostrums-based cereal products as follow:-

• EXTRA FIT Fruits . Colostrum-based rice flour with four mixed fruits (banana, apple, pineapple and orange).
• EXTRA FIT Vegetable . Colostrum-based rice flour with four mixed vegetables (carrot, potato, tomato and pea).

Bovine colostrum information

Colostrum is the first and early secreted milk from all of the mammalians within the early few hours after giving birth and continuo up to 48-36 hours. Colostrum is nature's most powerful immune support. Vital immune components protect against harmful pathogens in the environment including bacteria, viruses, fungi and toxins. Colostrum provides key antibodies for 34 different pathogens such as E. coli, H. pylori and Candida albicans.

May be prepared with warm or cool infant formula (do not boil). For 4 months and older. Gluten free. Made in Israel. Net weight 200 grams.

From about 4-6 months you will consider starting your baby on solid foods. Some signs that your baby is ready to move on to solid foods include:

• Weight gain has slowed compared to previous weeks
• They do not sleep through the night
• They are not satisfied with only breast milk and formula

Heinz offers a variety of infant cereals that are specially formulated for your baby's immature digestive system and fortified with iron and other minerals essential for healthy growth and development. Once your baby has grown accustomed to eating single-grain cereals, they will be ready to try beginner vegetables and fruit.

Feeding Tips

• Babies need a supplemental source of iron starting around 4 to 6 months, as their iron stores are beginning to deplete
• Good solids for this stage include rice cereal, single (unmixed) vegetables and fruit
• Rice cereal is recommended as the very first step, as it is least likely to provoke an allergy
• Start with ½ to 1 teaspoon of cereal mixed with breast milk or formula once or twice a day. Gradually increase to 3 teaspoons or until your baby is full
• Start with a thin, slurry mixture and gradually thicken as your baby gets older
• Solids should be fed mixed with breast milk or formula in a spoon, not in the bottle
• Do not add sugar to baby cereals
• Introduce vegetables 2-3 weeks after you start giving him cereal, then fruit 2-3 weeks after that
• Your baby may react negatively to a new food, but will probably accept it later
• Introduce one food at a time, and wait 3-5 days between introducing new foods. This will let you see if baby is allergic to any new foods
• Let your baby's appetite be your guide. If she closes her mouth, scowls, turn her head or cries, she is indicating that she has had enough to eat

Your child can continue breastfeeding just as often during the second year, but offer solid foods a few times a day. After 12 months, you can begin offering the solids BEFORE baby nurses, if you wish, instead of after. Your milk is still an important part of baby's diet and will offer him many benefits (nutritionally, immunilogically and emotionally). There is not any particular "recommended number of times per day" that a toddler should be nursing. Some are only nursing once or twice a day, while others continue to enjoy lots of time at their mother's breast. As baby slowly moves into eating more solids, your milk will fill any nutritional gaps nicely. Once you do start to breastfeed less often, remember that you must make a greater effort to ensure that your child eats several meals of nutritious food each day.

• Grain group: 6 servings (serving size example: 1 slice of bread, 1/2 cup of cooked rice or pasta, 1/2 cup of cooked cereal, 1 ounce of ready-to-eat cereal)
• Vegetable group: 3 servings (serving size example: 1/2 cup of chopped raw or cooked vegetables, 1 cup of raw leafy vegetables)
• Fruit group: 2 servings (serving size example: 1 piece of fruit or melon wedge, 3/4 cup of juice, 1/2 cup of canned fruit, 1/4 cup of dried fruit)
• Milk group: 2 servings a day (serving size example: 1 cup of milk or yogurt, 2 ounces of cheese)
• Meat group: 2 servings (serving size example: 2 to 3 ounces of cooked lean meat, poultry, or fish, 1/2 cup of cooked dry beans, 1 egg counts as 1 ounce of lean meat, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter count as 1 ounce of meat)

• Fats and sweets: Limit calories from these.
