We have stayed with only first milking colostrum and first milking colostrum whey as our trials have indicated a loss in effectiveness when it is manipulated. For instance, we have removed the larger proteins and concentrated certain factors to promote a greater individual response. When we measured the transfer factor response on NK cells, we only obtained a 3.7 fold increase in activity. When we returned to the straight colostral whey, the response was a 7 fold increase in the NK cell activity.
